Welcome to Sugar Smiles. Thank you for popping by. Here you can find a variety of freshly home baked sweet treats that are sure to make you smile. Here is just a little about me. My name is Annie and I started sugar smiles in 2024 as I have always loved baking and making sweet treats for my 4 children and family and decided to take the plunge and turn my favourite hobby into my dream business. So with the support of my partner and lots of messages to other businesses Sugar Smiles became a home bakery business and continues to be at the moment. It started with my business page which can be found on Facebook mainly taking celebration cake and cupcake orders (which I still do and love). This was then reaching more people and fetes and events which seen more and more people put orders in for sweet treats not just for occasions. So a little expanding outside of cupcakes and celebration cakes gave me the opportunity to sell from a local rented shelf (which I still do) and reach more people. The reach of people was fabulous and some customers wanted to send to family who were not local and this drove the idea of a website as I currently drive to deliver or have family help but this limits who and when people can enjoy the baked goods. There was only one solution and that was to offer postal orders and here we are with the website. Updates for when stock and what stock will be available will be posted on my Facebook page. at the moment I want to restock the website every Wednesday ready for 24hour postal to be sent out on Thursday so you can always have a weekend treat or they can be collected I do still make celebration cakes and customised cupcakes which can be requested through messaging but these will be available for collection only.
